TEED
3008: INTRODUCTION TO EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY
​
This course was fun and outstanding. It made us go back a few years to when we were children and played around. We had a notebook of us just writing in regulate letter and cursive. It was all fun and games. We learned so many activities to give to our students from this class. The professor had us do an educational cardboard, do the large flash cards with the alphabet and do a small play, to which I created a whale puppet. Will gladly take this class again in a heartbeat.

The elaboration of this work has been a great effort, dedication, creativity and the result of teamwork. When we exchanged ideas about the story and shared materials for the creation of the stage and the puppets, we helped each other so that this wonderful work could be carried out. As we worked individually and in groups, each of us saw the importance of using the puppet to use in future classes when we are educators. Creativity has been the key to this project. Each one of us created different puppets to represent the theme that is transmitted through the play, and we did our bit to make the stage. In the future, we will definitely implement the puppets so that our classes are motivational for the students. We hope all the audience will like the puppet theater we made and can see the dedication, effort and creativity we put into it.

4018: INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTERS IN EDUCATION
​
The most important things I learned during the class were how to work on Excel, how to put an audio recording in a Power Point and how to use Google Drive. These new knowledge will it assist me in achieving further academic and work related goals. With drive I can save all my documents online and organized them. I can do my Slides and Docs wherever I go and with Excel on how to grade students and organize their grades. My favorite assignment? was the story digital and Excel. The digital story because I love to make stories and I was excited to be making them digital, adding photos and sounds. The Excel because I have always wanted to know how Excel works. It was hard at first but when I got the hang of it it was so fun and I loved every minute of doing it. The most difficult assignment for me was the original game. I very much like it but I couldn't get the animations to work and I got frustrated. When using technology now that I have finished the course my strengths is using drive, making better Power Points. My weakness will be the animations but with more practice with them I will master animations. The experience was amazing, I learn so much. Overall my favorite class of the semester.

4020: LEARNING BY COMPUTER
​
The course TEED 4020: Computer Assisted Instruction was an experience in learning new ways to teach using technology. At the beginning I was confused on what the class was about, but the professor gave us an assignment where we read what the class consist of and I comprehended. The professor encouraged interactions and conversations between students and between student and professor. The class helps us as future teachers produce instructional lessons, it’s focus being computer assisted instruction; one has to learn first what is a CAI before beginning to create a lesson plan. Furthermore, understanding Gagné's Nine Events of Instruction and using Universal Design for Learning, to create efficient classes and lessons. We learn the previous concepts and incorporated them when creating our lessons plans and our website. The website was based on a lesson plan were the topic being teach is Poems to 9th graders, a website were the students will learn concepts of poetry, types of poems and how to create poems of their own. TEED 4020 was a fun class because I got to design my own website using my creative and exposing what type of teacher I want to be. Additionally, I created my own games for students to learn while at the same time play and have fun. In conclusion, this class helped me create a website that can help me to facilitate classes more accessible to students. Another reason this class helped me, is that I can follow an instruction that can guide me to create more inclusive classes so students with disabilities can learn as their fellow classmates without anything holding them back.

3035: Integration of Telecommunications in the Classroom
​

In this class I learn different ways to further my knowledge in the integration of technology in the classroom. I work on the story of the fax machine, where I learn the origins if the fax machine and how the machine is being use in today's days. Later, I work on my story board, where I created the board with information about myself, an autobiography. Then I recorded myself explaining the reasons of each aspect of the story board. Finally, I created a website using three standers and it was a great help working on it as a future teacher. Since on recent times, educations has transferred and leans on technology more than ever before. The profesor was a great help and was with in step we took on the class, to the point of explaining multiply times an assignment for us to understand it.
